To access certain features, you must register and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of any data, documents, or materials you upload or submit (“User Content”). You grant Best Brain a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, host, store, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Best Brain grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
Some features require a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as specified at purchase. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@bestbrain.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then‑current billing cycle; no refunds are provided for unused portions.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services—including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks—belong to Best Brain or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Best Brain disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Brain and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Best Brain and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Best Brain will not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on https://bestbrain.ai/terms-of-use. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with any other agreements you enter into with Best Brain, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
